Some building safety information is easier to understand when people can see it. Safe Track can use video, photography and drone capture to document building conditions, explain agreed safety arrangements and communicate findings to the people who need them.
This may include visual records of external areas or plant, short explanations for residents, and material to support building teams and contractors. We agree the purpose, audience and technical content before production so the finished material answers a defined need.
Our visual work supports formal assessments, safety case information and resident engagement arrangements. It does not replace the underlying technical review, written records or the dutyholder’s responsibilities.

We use state of the art high-definition photography, photogrammetry and LiDAR scanning technology to perform highly accurate internal and external building, infrastructure and topographical
surveys.
The data captured on these surveys can be processed as measurable 2D and 3D models or visualisations, otherwise known as digital ‘twins.’
Uploaded onto the platform of your choice, these twins can capture a variety of compliance-relevant data, transforming it into clear, actionable insights.
Remedial actions can subsequently be tracked and time-stamped on completion.
We also offer a thermal imaging service, allowing you to clearly and accurately grasp your building’s energy performance.
